Mr. Constant is Chief Operating Officer and a Founding Partner of Michael Franks LLC, the parent company of Assurance Property Management. He is in charge of directing all day-to-day operations as well as overseeing the Company’s fiscal health and stability. He has over 30 years experience in operations and management, with a focus on turnarounds in retail, manufacturing, logistics and other business entities.

Mr. Constant began his career in the mid-1970s with Jewel Food Stores, the premier Chicagoland grocery chain, where he worked with an elite management group focused on turning around failing stores. Mr. Constant’s group consistently reduced expenses, quickly and effectively increased profits and implemented systems that were eventually adopted throughout the chain. 

Subsequently, he was recruited by CNF, a multi-billion dollar transportation company, to launch a new division focused on creating and implementing processes and procedures that improved work flow from raw materials to the delivery of the finished product. 

Today Mr. Constant utilizes his extensive experience to profitably lead Assurance Property Management, is a licensed real estate agent, teaches real estate investing workshops, and mentors a number of part-time investors.
