Ms. Roytshteyn is Director of Finance & Operations for Assurance Property Management. In this role, she oversees corporate and on-site property management staff, and is responsible for the general finances of the company, including tax compliance, revenue and expense control, and financial reporting. In addition, Ms. Roytshteyn works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to tightly control expenses. Prior to joining Assurance Property Management, Ms. Roytshteyn directed operations of a large portfolio of residential and commercial units, and homeowner associations for a Chicago-based real estate company. Her experience and ability to develop a workable place to achieve the goals of the Company are key strengths in maximizing the Company’s investments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University.
